I have found another hidden treasure. This organic medium- to full-bodied wine is a blend of Syrah and Cabernet. I think this wine shows great complexity. The Syrah dominates on the nose, which I get white and black pepper spice and red berry fruits. The Cabernet gives the wine structure and backbone.
