​07 ALMA NEGRA, MENDOZA

This is another one of my hidden treasure finds; the Alma Negra is a blend of 85% Bornada 10% Malbec 5% Cab Franc. It is a medium bodied wine which I think has an amazing nose of Asian spices with hints of Balsamic, cinnamon, sage, plum and blackberry, spicy fruit on the palette and very soft tannins for a long smooth finish.
